Product Owner – CRM & Customer Experience

We’re partnering with a major UK organisation to recruit a Product Owner who will take ownership of their CRM platforms and customer communication channels — playing a pivotal role in how the business connects with hundreds of thousands of customers.
This is a hands-on delivery role with real impact: you’ll shape the roadmap, own the backlog, and work with cross-functional squads to deliver smarter, more personalised customer experiences across multiple channels.
The Role
* Lead the development and optimisation of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, Dynamics 365 etc.).
* Manage digital communication channels: push notifications, email, in-app, SMS.
* Own backlog management, user stories and prioritisation, ensuring maximum business and customer value.
* Collaborate across Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Data, and Business Analysis teams.
* Use data and analytics to track performance and inform future roadmap decisions.
