Audit Assistant Manager - CheltenhamSalary: £40,000 - £52,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading audits, supporting team development, and building strong client relationships while working with a varied portfolio across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
* Managing and developing junior members of the audit team
* Reviewing audit work and ensuring high standards of quality
* Liaising directly with clients, building strong professional relationships
* Assisting partners and senior managers with business development opportunities
Skills & Experience:
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Strong knowledge of audit and accounting standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload
