Our client is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic and supportive team. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and will play a key role in ensuring exceptional support for both new and existing customers. This role will be temporary with a view to go permanent!
As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email.
Managing the customer ticket system
Handling online quotations and orders
Inputting orders into the system
Supporting with delivery issues and demonstrating empathy when resolving problems
Assisting the team with other administrative duties as requiredThe ideal candidate will:
Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Have at least 1 year in customer service
Thrive in a high-pressure environment
