About The Role
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time
Hours of Work: 5.5 hours per week, working Sundays
As a Customer Experience Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our store — helping customers find the right products, offering expert advice, and creating a welcoming environment. You'll work closely with your team to deliver a high-quality retail experience, support sales targets, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-focused service
* Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
* Promoting current offers and recommending suitable products
* Supporting the delivery of sales targets and store KPIs
* Handling customer queries and taking ownership of follow-up
* Demonstrating strong product knowledge across all departments
* Promoting our membership scheme and processing transactions accurately
* Maintaining high standards of store presentation and stock awareness
* Following health & safety procedures and safe working practices
About You
* A genuine interest in customer service and retail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards
* You'll be confident, approachable, and self-motivated, with a flexible and team-oriented attitude. Experience in customer-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential, we're happy to support your development.
