The Opportunity You will work alongside a team of experienced Financial Planners, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and helping to deliver a first-class client experience from initial enquiry through to ongoing servicing.
The role offers a high level of client interaction and relationship management, allowing you to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients whose financial affairs are often complex, varied and rewarding to work with.
Key responsibilities will include:
Acting as a primary point of contact for clients and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Coordinating annual reviews and ongoing servicing requirements.
Managing the implementation of financial planning recommendations.
Obtaining information and valuations from providers.
Liaising with advisers, paraplanners and third parties to progress client cases efficiently.
Preparing documentation and ensuring client records remain accurate and compliant.
Supporting advisers before and after client meetings.
Delivering a smooth, professional and highly personalised client experience throughout the advice process.
