Business Support Assistant - Internal Only
An exciting new role has become available to support the delivery of a Welsh Government funded project around digital inclusion for Tai Tarian residents.
The role is Fixed term for 9 months on a part-time 20 hours per week basis, with a starting salary of £23,613 per annum (pro-rata), rising to £25,439 per annum (pro-rata) after key competencies of the role are met.
Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Transformation Lead, this role is responsible for providing comprehensive business support to the Transformation Team to ensure the effective administration of the Minimum Digital Living Standard (MDLS) project.
Supporting the Digital Support Officer working with Tai Tarian households in the community and office based.
This is an administrative position that involves keeping records up to date and accurate and providing excellent customer service by responding to general queries regarding the project up to date, in an appropriate and timely manner.
