Social Enterprise Coordinator
Part Time, 17.5 hours per week – Permanent Contract
Role
The Social Enterprise Coordinator will provide administrative support to the social enterprise directorate, enabling operational teams to focus on service delivery to students and customers in income‑generating areas. Duties include data processing, liaison with internal and external departments (e.g., SU finance, suppliers), and assistance with recruitment of a large student staff team.
Responsibilities
* Administrative support for social enterprise operational teams
* Data processing and reporting using software platforms such as Excel
* Liaise with internal departments (finance, suppliers) and external partners
* Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of student staff
* Present information to varied audiences with differing levels of knowledge
Qualifications
* Experience in an administrative or customer‑service role
* High level of digital and IT competency, including proficiency in Excel
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a varied team dynamic and manage own workload proactively
