Project Coordinator – Fire Doors
About the Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a growing and highly regarded fire door business, supporting the successful delivery of fire door and doorset projects across the UK and Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in construction, fit-out, joinery, manufacturing, building products or project coordination who is looking to develop their career within a specialist sector. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and technical teams, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle from order through to installation and completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of multiple fire door and doorset projects.
* Coordinate project information, drawings, schedules and documentation.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal departments.
* Track project programmes, milestones and key deliverables.
* Assist with procurement and manufacturing coordination.
* Monitor project progress and escalate issues where required.
* Support site teams and installation activities.
* Attend project meetings and maintain accurate project records.
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, safety and compliance requirements.
