Key Responsibilities As a Family Support Worker, you will: Provide direct support to children (including pre-school aged), their parents, and wider family members in line with assessments and agreed plans. Empower parents/carers to take responsibility for meeting their children's needs. Support parents in developing a clear understanding of child development and positive parenting. Work with families at risk of breakdown, helping to keep children safe through effective planning and intervention.
