Job Description
Support the Home Manager in keeping the care home clean, safe, and welcoming.
Carry out routine cleaning in residents' rooms, communal spaces, bathrooms, and offices.
Follow cleaning schedules and infection control procedures consistently.
Respond to spills, mess, or hazards promptly and appropriately.
Respect residents' privacy and dignity while working in personal spaces.
Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and in line with COSHH regulations.
Store chemicals and supplies securely and responsibly.
Report any repairs, damages, or maintenance issues to the appropriate person.
