Job Title: Day Concierge
Location: Ealing - large residential development
Hours/Shifts: 7:00am - 7:00pm, 4 on 4 off
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic Day Concierge to join a busy residential development team in West London. The role involves providing exceptional front-of-house service, supporting residents and clients, and assisting with the smooth operation of a high-end development, including shared facilities such as gym, cinema room, meeting spaces, and other work areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to residents, visitors, and clients.
Manage phone, email, and in-person enquiries professionally and empathetically.
Support daily operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth site operations.
Assist with risk, compliance, and contract management tasks as required.
Liaise with contractors, residents, and colleagues to maintain high standards.
Occasional night cover may be required (approx. once per month).
About You:
Residential concierge experience.
Professional, well-presented, proactive, and approachable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Ideally within an hour's commute of West London.
SIA and CCTV experience advantageous.
