Salary: Up to £50k + package
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Duties:
* Lead and manage a team of Mechanical Engineers
* Perform regular maintenance and repairs of mechanical systems and equipment
* Schedule and supervise preventative maintenance tasks
* Ensure the highest standards of health and safety at all times
* Manage materials and equipment to ensure the appropriate stock levels
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the contract
Requirements:
* Relevant engineering qualifications
* Experience performing a similar role as the supervisor / manager
* Strong leadership skills
* The ability to motivate and inspire your team
