Senior Estimator / Project Manager – Suspended Ceilings & Dry Lining
Salary:£60,000 - £70,000 per year (Dependent on experience)
Location:Office-based CASTLEFORD
Job Type:Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing
* Produceaccurate, competitive cost estimatesbased on technical drawings and specifications.
* Collaborate withclients, architects, and contractorsto clarify project requirements and resolve queries.
* Prepare and submit tenderswhile ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Source and negotiatecompetitive pricingwith subcontractors and suppliers.
* Maintaindetailed recordsof estimates, tender submissions, and client feedback.
Project Management Responsibilities:
* Overseemultiple projects, ensuring they are completedon time, within budget, and to a high standard.
* Develop and manageproject schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
* Coordinatesubcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
* Conductregular site visitsto monitor quality and resolve issues proactively.
* Ensure all projects comply withhealth and safety regulationsand company policies.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience & Skills:
Minimum 5 years estimating experienceinsuspended ceilings & drylining.
Strongproject managementexperience within the same sector.
Familiarity withpricing methods and tendering processes.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel/Office.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability towork independently with minimal supervision.
