RTL Group is hiring a proactive Payroll Administrator to support our busy recruitment agency from our Bromley office.
We specialise in providing high-quality recruitment solutions to the UK construction sector. Payroll & Timesheets : Process high volumes of weekly timesheets and payrolls accurately and on time.
Handle queries from candidates and clients — phone, email, and face-to-face.
Admin & Data Management : Maintain organised records and systems to support reporting and smooth operations.
✅ 3-5 years of payroll experience (recruitment/construction sector a bonus)
~ Familiarity with Excel, Word, and payroll software
~ Knowledge of CIS, PAYE, Umbrella & LTD pay models
~ Understanding of UK temp/contract employment law (basic level)
Office-based role in the heart of Bromley
