Workflow Facilities Co-Ordinator Location: Newcastle Office, NE28 6TZ Salary: £29,000 A quick look at the role The workflow facilities co-ordinator is a key member of the Biffa Group Procurement Team, the objectives are to build close working relationships with third parties and internal stakeholders. Ensuring that Biffa maintains a fully compliant estate and has robust loss prevention strategies in place and reducing any operational down time. We are looking for an experienced workflow co-ordinator with FM knowledge, who is looking to make a positive impact within a changing environment. · To manage and develop the relationship between the FM department and Biffa sites. · Manage the helpdesk/CAFM system ensuring that the planned and reactive workflow is delivered to the agreed contractor SLA and KPI requirements. · Represent the FM Department both internally and externally. · Manage and allocate workload and resource within the account. · Monitor, review, and improve levels of customer service. · Analyse trends, identify and develop cost/client focused solutions. Requirements Requirements: · BIFM Qualification (Desirable) · Proven track record of contract management (Desirable) · A good understanding of the Health and Safety legislation · Strong organisational skills · Excellent Verbal and written communication skills · Forward thinking skills · Ability to respond to out of hours to support operations.
