Our client is a stunning 4-star country house hotel nestled in the picturesque Hampshire countryside. Renowned for hosting a variety of unforgettable events, from enchanting weddings to exclusive corporate gatherings, the hotel boasts an award-winning kitchen brigade. They are now seeking an experienced Banqueting Sous Chef to join their talented team and contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences.
Due to the location of the hotel, you will have your own mode of transport.

Responsibilities as the Banqueting Sous Chef…
* Leading and managing the preparation and service of high-quality dishes for weddings, corporate events, and other large-scale functions, ensuring all standards are met.
* Working closely with the Head Chef to develop creative menus that align with the hotel's award-winning reputation and meet client expectations.
* Upholding the hotel's multiple AA Rosette standards by ensuring consistency, precision, and excellence in every dish served.
* Supporting and guiding the kitchen brigade, fostering a positive and professional environment, and assisting with the development of junior chefs.
* Overseeing compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen at all times.
The hotel has earned multiple AA Rosettes for its culinary excellence, making this an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Sous Chef with experience delivering exceptional dishes for large gatherings at a Rosette standard.
