This is a great time to join the team as they are in the process of moving to an agile product model and are in the process of defining what the methodologies will be as we look ahead. You will be joining a supportive, experienced and collaborative team as they progress through the journey to an agile methodology. What youll be responsible for Delivery Works with senior business and technology stakeholders to define the delivery roadmap based on the vision and priorities set by the Product Owner Manages / optimises the use of our testing environments to ensure that developments and enhancements can be received, tested, and released as efficiently as possible without impacting the live environment (e.g. parallel release management) Manages our matrixed agile development team consisting of virtual resources from our business, technical, data, design and research centres of excellence in a continual make-test-learn product cycle and helps them continuously improve, share information, and set standards to deliver our strategic vision for the product Manages our third-party partners responsible for elements of the product development cycle Drives the pace of delivery and is responsible for owning key blockers until they are resolved, guiding other members of the delivery community to help them deliver effectively Liaises with other Delivery Leads across our major transformation programmes to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated Coaching Integrates Agile & Lean principles into teams practices and work products Coaches the team to improve collaboration and self-organisation Utilises team feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate etc) to identify areas of opportunity and works with the team to continuously improve Understands and encourages engineering innovation and improvement About you If you meet some of these criteria and are excited about the role, we encourage you to apply You can successfully influence and manage senior stakeholders You have experience of working with a Product Owner You are passionate about coaching others and embedding continuous improvement frameworks Experience using project management and virtual collaboration tools such as Jira, Miro, PPM You are an agile practitioner with a track record of successfully leading development teams through the full product lifecycle We offer: Our offer to you We want everyone at Rathbones to fulfil their potential, in an environment where you are proud to work and feel like you belong.
