This is your chance to make a significant impact in a thriving environment!As a Principal Building Surveyor you will plan and manage project resources, prepare, and oversee designs / reports, and have day-to-day control of internal costs and fee invoices. This is an exciting opportunity to mentor junior staff, guiding them in their technical development and helping to shape the next generation of professionals. In this position, you will engage directly with clients and other key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships that drive project success.
