We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Class 1 (C+E) Night Trunk Driver for a well-established operation based in Dundee. This is a 12-week temp to perm position, offering a permanent contract to the successful candidate after 12 weeks working with Driver Hire.
The Role:
1. Night trunking work with trailer changeovers
2. Minimal manual handling – primarily driving-focused
3. Ensuring timely and safe delivery of loads between depots
4. Completing all necessary paperwork and vehicle checks
Shift Pattern:
5. Night shift, 23:00 start, Monday to Friday
6. Consistent, ongoing work
Pay Rate:
7. £16.00 per hour
Requirements:
8. Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
9. Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
10. Previous trunking experience preferred
11. Good understanding of driver hours and road safety regulations
12. Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
