Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Cloud Services function, aligning strategy with business and customer needs.
* Manage and develop a team of cloud professionals, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture.
* Collaborate with hosting and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless hybrid service delivery.
* Drive continuous improvement using data, reporting, and performance metrics.
* Develop cost-effective delivery models and ensure financial accountability.
* Ensure compliance with security and operational governance frameworks.
* Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners.
Requirements
* Deep expertise in cloud technologies, particularly with Azure and AWS.
* Proven ability to build and evolve modern cloud services in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent commercial and financial acumen, including experience with Cloud FinOps.
* Skilled in strategic planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.
