Are you a Maintenance Supervisor or experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to step into a supervisory position within a well-established company, offering an exciting and varied role with a mix of hands on and supervisory responsibilities?

You will be responsible for supervising planned and reactive maintenance activities across a fast-paced manufacturing facility, leading a team of engineers while supporting production operations, driving engineering standards, and minimising downtime. This is an electrically biased position working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
This role would suit an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer looking to step up into a supervisory role, offering long-term progression opportunities and excellent training within a varied manufacturing environment.
The Role:
Mix of hands-on maintenance work and leading a team of engineers
4 on 4 off shift pattern, Days and nights
Fantastic opportunities to progress into more senior rolesThe Candidate:
Electrically biased, comfortable fault finding on machinery
NVQ / Level 3 qualified (or equivalent)
