About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Fire Alarm Contracts Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of domestic fire alarm projects.
You’ll be responsible for managing multiple contracts from initial client engagement through to final handover, ensuring compliance, quality, and profitability at every stage.
This is a pivotal role for someone with strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering safe, compliant, and customer-focused solutions in domestic settings.
Key Responsibilities for Fire Alarm Contracts Manager
📋 Contract Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of domestic fire alarm projects across London, including planning, execution, and completion
🧰 Technical Oversight: Ensure all installations meet BS 5839 standards and relevant fire safety regulations
💬 Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction
👷 Team Coordination: Manage engineers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and quality workmanship
📊 Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, variations, and profitability across all contracts
✅ Compliance & QA: Conduct audits, risk assessments, and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant
🔄 Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve service delivery
Requirements for Fire Alarm Contracts Manager
Proven experience managing fire alarm contracts
Strong understanding of fire alarm systems, standards, and regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Full UK driving licence
