Project Manager required to work on Airport Projects (Construction)
As a Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of fit out projects from concept to completion, making a real impact on delivery and client satisfaction.
* Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards
* Act as the key client interface, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout
* Develop and manage detailed project programmes using tools like Microsoft Project
* Oversee site activity, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
* Drive high standards in quality control and snagging, ensuring smooth handovers
* Champion health & safety, ensuring full compliance across all sites
* Partner with commercial teams to manage project financials, variations, and contract requirements
* Inspire and manage project teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and high performance
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within fit out or construction
* Strong track record of delivering projects successfully from start to finish
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Confident in managing multiple teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Highly organised with strong planning and problem-solving ability
* Experience using project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)
* Solid understanding of health & safety and construction contracts
* Flexibility to travel nationwide and occasionally work outside standard hours
* Ability to obtain security clearance where required
