Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, Team Members are trained across all key areas of the centre, so you'll be able to provide support and add value at every stage of the customer journey. You may be required to work in the Kitchen.
Opening Hours and Shift Patterns: Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight. The busiest times are evenings, weekends, and public school holidays, which is when we require availability from Team Member applicants.

Typical shift patterns are as follows, but may vary by centre:
* Weekday AM: 09:00 - 17:00
* Weekday PM: 17:00 - 00:00
* Weekend AM: 09:00 - 18:00
* Weekend PM: 16:00 - 01:00
Shifts for team members under 18 may extend until midnight, but no later. Opening hours and shift patterns are confirmed at interview.
You will receive thorough induction and ongoing training, with opportunities for career progression, including access to apprenticeships and management training programs.
