In this position, you will report into the Branch Directors and will play a key role in the sale of Electrical products therefore previous sales experience in a similar role within an electrical wholesaler environment is essential.
Responsibilities And Duties
* Providing quotations for customers.
* Building and maintaining good working relationships both with customers and team members within the branch.
* Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to purchase materials, whilst managing stock levels for all categories.
* Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone.
* Giving excellent customer service and sound product advice. Going the extra mile to meet customer expectations, whilst striving to make MKM the company of choice for electrical sales.
* Customer deliveries when required.
* Taking a proactive approach to electrical sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale to develop electrical sales within the branch.
Qualifications And Skills
* Previous sales experience in an electrical wholesaler environment is essential.
* Confident dealing with customers.
* The ability to build great customer relationships.
* A good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Computer literate.
* Full drivers’ licence is essential.
