We are currently recruiting for a Part time Spa Therapist at Norton House Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. Norton House is a Georgian country house hotel near Edinburgh, offering a blend of historic features with modern comforts and technology.
Responsibilities
* As a Spa Therapist, you will help support the success of your team, feel engaged and consistently deliver exceptional service, putting the guest at the heart of all activities.
* Deliver outstanding spa treatments and develop knowledge to confidently provide positive recommendations for guests.
* Maintain high standards of mindfulness and well-being to ensure memorable guest experiences and leave clients feeling cared for.
* Be inspired, enjoy being part of the Hand Picked Team, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
About You / Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury 4/5 star hotel spa environment is desirable.
* Current UK beauty therapy level 3 qualifications or relevant massage qualifications, and the ability to demonstrate these skills.
* Passionate about delivering outstanding and memorable customer service.
* Ability to build rapport with guests, helping them feel at home, relaxed and creating magical moments.
* High emotional intelligence to anticipate guests needs and deliver a Hand Picked experience.
* Professional, organized and friendly approach with the ability to anticipate guests needs and create memories.
