CRS Professionals (UK) Ltd is a leading architectural firm specializing in the design and construction of high-end residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Assistant Part II to join our growing team.
As an Architectural Assistant Part II, you will work closely with our team of experienced architects and designers to support the design and development of our projects. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from concept design to construction documentation, and gain valuable experience in all aspects of the architectural process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts and produce high-quality drawings and visualizations
- Assist in the preparation of planning and building regulation applications
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Communicate with contractors and consultants to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques
- Contribute to the development of the company's design standards and processes
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Part II qualification or equivalent
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong design and technical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes
- Experience in residential and commercial projects is desirable
