We are looking for an experienced Customer Engagement Strategist to join our Customer Engagement team. As a Customer Engagement Strategist, you will be responsible and accountable for the success and delivery of Visualsoft’s Customer Engagement service. You will own a portfolio of Customer Engamenet clients and become the go-to key relationship stakeholder for Customer Engagement. Relationships and client centricity are key as your key objective is to grow your portfolio's return ensuring the Customer Engagement product/service is innovative, efficient and delivered to the highest possible quality. The Customer Engagement Strategist will play a pivotal role in driving client success through effective customer engagement strategies, with a strong emphasis on utilising Klaviyo. This role concentrates on the execution, optimisation, and analysis of customer engagement campaigns while building robust client relationships and contributing to the overall growth of the customer engagement service. You will work closely with senior team members, learning and developing your skills in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement Management: Execute and manage customer engagement campaigns within Klaviyo, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Implement segmentation and personalisation strategies to improve campaign performance. Monitor and analyse customer engagement campaign metrics, providing regular performance reports and insights. Implement A/B tests to improve campaign results. Klaviyo Experience (desired): Utilise Klaviyo's features and functionalities to optimise customer engagement and marketing performance. Stay up-to-date with Klaviyo updates and best practices. Contribute to the development of Klaviyo-focused strategies and initiatives. Client Communication & Relationship Building: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing enquiries. Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and collaboration. Assist in client meetings and presentations, contributing to strategic discussions. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyse customer engagement performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Work with senior team members to report on client NPS and CSAT. Process Improvement & Documentation: Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer engagement marketing processes and documentation. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. Growth & Development: Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop customer engagement skills. Collaborate with senior team members on strategic projects. Contribute to the development of new customer engagement strategies and initiatives. Requirements Essential Extensive proven experience on either agency or client-side, specialising in Customer Engagement Extensive experience in Customer Engagement Strategies Proven expertise in external Customer Engagement platforms and tools, analytics, forecasting and measurement Experience in building and executing Customer Engagement strategies, whether in-house or for clients Working to tight deadlines as a team and as an individual Client-facing experience at a senior level Client meeting experience and proven strategy presentation skills Analytical and data-driven Desirable Experience in eCommerce Experience using an established ESP (Attentive, Klaviyo, Mailchimp) Experience in other digital media channels Google Data Studio Attribution Google Tag Manager Benefits Competitive basic salary with great progression options Unlimited paid holidays - yes that's not a typo!
