Litigation Fee Earner / Solicitor
Location: Hybrid (following initial onboarding)

The Role
You will be responsible for advising and representing clients across a range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant work. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical ability alongside commercial awareness.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing your own caseload while ensuring matters progress efficiently and proactively
* Delivering clear, commercially focused legal advice tailored to client objectives
* Drafting high-quality legal documentation and correspondence
* Conducting detailed legal research to support case strategy
* Communicating confidently with clients, third parties, and opposing solicitors
* Providing transparent updates on costs and managing client expectations
* Preparing, reviewing, and submitting legal documentation accurately and on time
* Attending and leading client meetings to progress matters and identify further opportunities
* Managing time recording, billing, and working towards financial targets
* Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to a high-performing team culture
About You
* Experience handling litigation matters (ideally landlord & tenant)
* Strong client management and communication skills
* Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
* Ambitious and motivated to contribute to both personal and team success
