Position: Care Coordinator /Data Coordinator Located in: Birmingham and Sandwell
Watra Carespecialises in providing live in care/home care and support to our customers throughout the Birminghamregion. We are currently recruiting a full time coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team. This role will involve mainly office based duties. Your duties will include: Providing excellent customer service
Scheduling care assistants and putting together rotas
Preparing carer schedules allowing for sickness and holiday cover
Acting as the first point of contact for care assistants
Providing advice and guidance to care assistants
Providing an excellent service for our customers
Responding efficiently to day to day changes in the care and support packages
Completing assessments and care planning for new customers
Setting up new packages of care
Monitoring the effectiveness of the service
Providing on-going support to clients, their families

What you will need: Experience in Domiciliary Care Services
Full driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable for this role
The ability to provide on-going support to clients and families and liaise with NHS, Social Services, Local Authorities and members of the team
The ability to deliver a high standard of care within all areas
Excellent communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office and home care software
To be willing to be part of the on call to support staff and service users on a rotated basis
