Job Title:Business Development Manager

Location: Manchester City Centre (Office-based with flexibility to travel)

Salary: £30,000 per year + uncapped commission (OTE £54,000+)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for renewal or progression based on performance

The Property Network is a growing business based in the heart of Manchester, operating across the North West. We offer a full end-to-end service for property investors, including sourcing properties, project managing renovations, and tenant management. Our mission is to help investors secure high-yield opportunities while handling every stage of the process to ensure a smooth and profitable investment.

The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive property acquisitions and build strong relationships within the property industry. This is a sales-focused role, and you’ll be at the forefront of securing new property deals, working closely with investors, and expanding our industry network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Property Sourcing– Identify and secure both on-market and off-market property deals through networking, online platforms, and direct outreach.
2. Sales & Client Relationships– Take inbound and outbound sales calls, speaking with property sellers and helping to match them up to one of our private investment buyers.
3. Networking & Business Development– Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, landlords, auctioneers, property traders, and sourcers to generate a steady pipeline of deals.
4. Market Research– Stay informed on property trends, investment strategies, and emerging opportunities in the North West market.
5. Lead Generation– Proactively source new business opportunities and develop a personal network within the industry.

6. Computer literate, comfortable using platforms like Rightmove, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.

Note: Experience in the property industry is not essential. Training will be provided from day 1 to equip the right candidate to succeed at this role.

What We Offer

1. Base salary of £30,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £54,000).
2. Ongoing training and support to develop your knowledge of the property industry and investment market.
3. 28 days of annual leave (including bank holidays).
4. Statutory Sick Pay (SSP).
5. Office-based role in central Manchester, with flexibility to travel for property viewings, meetings and events.
