Role Overview
Architect with strong overall expertise and CSM experience. He/She will need to work on connecting the client CSM portal with another portal and in all data exchange between the 2 portals.
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Architect with deep expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. This role involves leading the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CSM, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals
* Lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and provide governance across ServiceNow implementations
* Define and enforce best practices for platform development, integration, and configuration
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
* Guide development teams and ensure adherence to architectural standards and coding practices
* Drive innovation by leveraging new ServiceNow features and capabilities
