Our client is aglobal luxury interior design studio creating exceptional spaces worldwide. They are looking for a polished, proactive Front of House – Operations Executive to be the face of their busy central London studio and a key support to the Operations team.
The Role
* Maintain immaculate front‑of‑house areas and uphold studio standards
* Welcome clients, manage arrivals and provide hospitality
* Handle calls, meeting room bookings, AV set‑ups and catering
* Oversee building access and staff movements
* Support Operations with admin across H&S, HR, projects and general studio upkeep
* Manage post, couriers, supplies and global office requests
* Track invoices and payments with Finance
* Provide EA support to the Business Development Director
* Lead social and wellbeing activities across the studio
About You
* Experience in FOH, reception or office admin
* Confident with Microsoft Office and office equipment
* Strong communicator with excellent client‑facing skills
* Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities
* Professional, well‑presented and discreet
* Experience supporting senior stakeholders and coordinating travel/logistics
The role is a Full‑time, office‑based role (Mon–Thu 9–6, Fri 9–5.30) close to Victoria Station.
