Purpose of the Role To support the efficient day-to-day running of the Jollof Junction kitchen by assisting with food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and stock management. The role holder will also provide occasional support with front-of-house sales activities, including serving customers, handling orders, and assisting with takeaway packaging during busy periods.
