Job Description
* Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients (80%/20% advisory/compliance split).
* Complete complicated client tax returns.
* Manage and develop relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
* Provide leadership and support to the tax team.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
* Participate in business development initiatives.
* Manage risk and financial performance of engagements.
* Ensure all operations are conducted in line with internal procedures and external regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Corporate Tax Senior Manager' should have:
* Qualification in CTA (preferred) or ATT.
* Circa 10 years' experience working within tax.
* Extensive experience in corporate tax advisory including: restructuring & tax due diligence.
* Strong leadership abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
