Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update project registers, dashboards, and records daily.
Verify accuracy of contracted hours, employee details, and labour totals.
Standardise report formatting and ensure formulas are correct.
Organise tasks with clear department titles and sequence.
Add and update active projects for full visibility.
Perform regular checks to ensure data integrity.
Support training of new team members on administrative processes.Previous Experience
Experience in administration, data management, or similar support roles.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with strong data accuracy.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Skilled in dashboards, reporting, and formula troubleshooting.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
