Job Description Role: Strategic Land and Planning Manager
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Package
The Role:
As a Strategic Land and Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and promoting strategic land opportunities, supporting the growth of the business. Reporting to the Strategic Land Director, your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and securing strategic land opportunities through negotiations and agreements.
Developing and implementing planning strategies to obtain Local Plan allocations or planning permissions in the shortest possible timeframe.
Managing the planning promotion process of each site in line with the agreed planning strategy.
Liaising closely with planning and technical consultants to ensure that each project runs on time and within budget.
Attending planning committee meetings and public consultation events to represent the company.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landowners, agents, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
Providing support in key business decisions and regional meetings.
