We're looking for dedicated Behaviour Mentors and SEN Teaching Assistants to work 1:1 in mainstream primary schools and specialist provisions across Gravesend and the wider Kent area.

Your role:
Provide 1:1 support for pupils with behavioural, emotional, or social needs

Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support

Experience working with children or young people with SEN or behavioural needs
A calm, nurturing and adaptable approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
