£40,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + Bonus + Increasing Holiday

In this role, you will play an integral part in ensuring projects run smoothly by liaising with the manufacturing team and other designers. You will work within a close-knit team alongside the Design Manager and be responsible for producing detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D designs/models for manufacturing and client requirements.
This role would suit a Design Engineer or similar with experience in joinery and 3D CAD design, who is looking for in-house Inventor training and the opportunity to progress their career into a senior position.
The Role:* Review new joinery plans with the Design Manager* Create detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D CAD models for manufacturing* Liaise with the Design Manager and implement any required revisions* Deliver drawings to the manufacturing team to ensure cutting lists are accurate* Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
The Person:* Design Engineer or similar with experience in joinery* Experience with 3D CAD design software (such as Inventor, SolidWorks, Fusion360 or similar)
