Adult Social Worker, Islington Islington Learning Disability Partnership- Adults and Transitions - Social Work with minimum of 2 years experience. There are currently two different roles across the service being recruited for: 1x vacancies The role is working to complete the backlogs of reviews/assessments across the service- mainly Transition/Progression to Adulthood (PTA) service 18 - 25 years old. There is a strong emphasis on someone who is capable and confident in completing these tasks in a very timely manner. Someone with experience of working with clients with a diagnosis of Mental health, Autism and ADHD Caseload max up to 25. Flexible working arrangements can be offered but all visits and majority of meetings need to be in person.
