Associate HR Advisor – Vetting Services Focus. Contract to end of the year. Glasgow.

We’re looking for an Associate HR Advisor to join our team and play a vital role in shaping and supporting our people strategy.
About the Role
In this key position, you'll be part of a dynamic HR Advisory team, supporting the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of over 70 people processes and 80 people policies. You’ll provide advice and guidance across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to leavers—ensuring our people and leaders have the right tools, knowledge, and support to succeed.
Your Focus: Vetting Services
This role will have a strong focus on Vetting Services, where you'll:
* Coordinate and monitor vetting checks in partnership with our screening provider.
* Act as the first point of contact for vetting queries and low- to medium-risk cases.
* Ensure timely delivery of screening services in line with agreed service levels.
* Provide employee relations guidance in vetting-related matters, coaching managers through fair and compliant outcomes.
* Lead vetting-related reporting, keeping leaders informed of screening progress and completion rates.
What You’ll Bring
* A solid understanding of HR practices, people policy frameworks, and compliance requirements.
* Experience in resourcing or HR administration, ideally within regulated environments.
* An analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting and reporting data.
* Confidence managing employee relations matters in a fair and risk-aware way.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
