Job Description:
NHS Fife affirms the importance of Spiritual Care as a core aspect of person-centred care. The Department of Spiritual Care has developed innovative models for delivering spiritual support. We are seeking a Healthcare Chaplain based at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, working across multiple sites within Fife, responding to operational needs and supporting various specialisms.
The role requires understanding of diverse spiritual needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to reflect on practice. The successful candidate will provide staff support and should be an accredited VBRP facilitator or willing to undertake training for accreditation.

Experience in delivering spiritual care in health settings and knowledge of NHS Scotland developments are essential. Good IT skills, a valid driving license, and registration with the UK Board of Healthcare Chaplains are required. The role involves participating in an on-call rota (currently 1:5).
