Birchwell Associates are working alongside a well-established Construction company to recruit experienced Maintenance and Approved Electricians for permanent roles across London and the South East. Due to continued growth and a strong portfolio of long-term maintenance contracts, our client is expanding their engineering team.
The Role
This position offers a varied workload covering both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites. Engineers will manage jobs via a mobile-based system and work closely with on-site facilities teams, while being fully supported by project managers and the wider operations team.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical maintenance and repair works in line with current IET Wiring Regulations
* Assist with both minor works and larger maintenance tasks
* Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance on all sites
* Complete risk assessments and follow approved safe systems of work
* Liaise professionally with clients and on-site facilities staff
* Accurately complete job documentation using digital and paper-based systems

* City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
