Qualifications
* Professionally registered with relevant qualifications in DBT psychological therapy.
* Experienced in delivering evidence-based interventions within perinatal and DBT teams.
* Skilled in supervision, consultation, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
* Committed to compassionate, trauma‑informed, and culturally sensitive care.
* Eager to contribute to service innovation, research, and quality improvement.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality psychological therapy, including DBT and parent‑infant interventions, across a range of settings such as homes, clinics, and via telemedicine.
* Make autonomous clinical decisions and contribute to care planning.
* Provide consultation and support to colleagues across the team.
* Assist the Team Leads and Clinical Lead with operational duties and service development.
* Engage in training to deliver specialist therapies that support perinatal mental health and parent‑infant relationships.
* Promote a perinatal frame of mind in all aspects of care, enhancing the parent‑infant relationship.
