About the role
We are seeking a Luxury Brand Ambassador for our Creed counter at Frasers Belfast. This part-time role involves 4 days, 30 hours per week, and requires a passion for luxury, a drive to make a difference, and a desire to shape the future of our business.
Purpose of the role
As a Luxury Brand Ambassador, you will uphold the brand's prestige and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your main responsibilities include sharing knowledge and passion about our products, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our fragrances, ingredients, and heritage to engage customers effectively and boost sales.
* Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and storytelling.
* Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
* Visual Presentation: Ensure the retail space reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications and Skills
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience in luxury retail or similar customer-facing roles.
* Passion for luxury brands and commitment to excellent customer service.
* Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
* Passion for fragrances or beauty products is a plus.
