Working Hours: Full time, hybrid - 38.5 hours per week (Mon-Thu 8:00am – 5:00pm, Fri 8:00am - 3:00pm) – Additional hours as required for event attendance.
Position Summary:
As a Channel Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning strategies and campaigns, as well as executing Regional Channel Marketing programmes in your nominated region with both direct and indirect accounts. You will work in consultation with Business Development Managers, sales teams, and distribution channels. You will also control the regional channel expenditure and participate in European Channel Marketing projects.
Essential Functions:
1. Plan and execute channel marketing activities in nominated regions.
2. Coordinate with Regional Directors and Business Development Managers for planning and communication of marketing activities, including quarterly planning.
3. Manage regional channel marketing budget, requests, and invoices.
4. Participate in European Channel Marketing projects, representing local needs.
5. Handle enquiries from Distributors, Partners, and Sales personnel.
6. Engage proactively with regional channel partners and BDMs to support marketing activities aligned with business objectives.
7. Communicate marketing information to channel partners and promote the use of marketing tools and programmes.
8. Organize channel events, promotions, and campaigns in coordination with the European Marketing team.
9. Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding activities and programmes.
10. Collaborate with partners to achieve results from marketing campaigns.

Person Specification:
Education / Qualifications:
* A level or equivalent qualification.
* Business-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
* Degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent.
* Additional European language skills are desirable.
Experience / Knowledge:
* Marketing or Account/Customer Management experience.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
* Strong numeracy skills.
* Experience in Channel Marketing.
* Background in the IT industry.
Skills / Behaviours:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong planning, research, and analytical abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
