This full-time, term-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting children in a classroom setting and is committed to making a positive impact on young learners' educational journeys. Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Provide one-to-one or small-group interventions for pupils who require additional support. Assist children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping to meet their individual learning needs. Contribute to creating a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. Support behaviour management strategies in line with school policies. Prepare and organise learning materials and classroom resources. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting. Be patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about supporting children's learning. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be adaptable and able to use their initiative. Have (or be willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS check.
