🔍 Key Responsibilities
* Act as a key contact for clients, delivering consistently high‑quality valuation advice
* Produce Red Book‑compliant valuations for loan security, financial reporting and fund/portfolio purposes
* Inspect properties, analyse comparables and undertake detailed valuations
* Prepare high‑quality valuation reports and present findings directly to clients
* Support workflow planning, internal QA processes and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with colleagues across UK offices and complementary service lines
* Contribute to business development activities including bids, proposals and RFPs
* Mentor junior colleagues and support their technical development
* Ensure compliance with internal risk, regulatory and professional standards
🎯 Person Specification
* Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or a relevant property discipline
* MRICS (ideally 4+ years PQE) with Registered Valuer status
* Strong understanding of valuation standards, methods and market drivers
* Proficient in ARGUS Enterprise/Developer and Excel
* Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Confident communicator with excellent client‑facing ability
* Highly organised and comfortable managing a busy, fast‑paced workload
* Works well both independently and as part of a wider team
* Full UK driving licence
