What the Job Involves As a Social Care Assistant Trainer, you will work closely with workforce development officers and training organizers to design and deliver high-quality learning opportunities. Your role will involve facilitating and organizing training events, supporting the registration and re-registration of the social care workforce, and ensuring learning and development activities reflect current best practices. You will also engage in flexible working patterns, including evenings and weekends as needed.
