Module Content Developers (Level 7)
Engineering Management – Distance Learning
Location: 'Plymouth (Studio Recording Preferred) | Remote Development
MLA College is seeking experienced and academically strong subject specialists to develop postgraduate (Level 7, 30-credit) distance learning modules for our Engineering Management provision.
We are recruiting content developers across the following modules:
* Strategy, Accounting & Finance
* Lean & Agile Enterprises
* Project Management
These modules form part of a fully online postgraduate programme where students receive all learning materials upfront. We are therefore looking for individuals who can translate subject expertise into engaging, high-quality digital learning experiences suitable for Level 7 study.
About the Role
You will design and develop the full suite of learning materials for a 30-credit postgraduate module, including:
* Structured PowerPoint presentations divided into coherent chapters
* Written transcripts to accompany recorded content
* Tutorial-style video learning materials
* Recording professional voiceovers and green-screen lectures (in our Plymouth studio)
* Development of an initial Level 7 question bank aligned to learning outcomes
This is an opportunity to shape the academic voice and intellectual quality of a postgraduate programme from the ground up.
We’re Looking For
* A Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant discipline
* Strong academic and/or professional experience in one of the subject areas above
* Clear understanding of Level 7 standards and postgraduate assessment design
* Confidence recording video and audio content for online delivery
* Excellent written communication and academic rigour
UK-based applicants are strongly encouraged, given the requirement to attend studio recording sessions in Plymouth.
Engagement & Fees
Fees will be commensurate with the scope of deliverables and will include UK travel and subsistence for work at our Plymouth office, if appropriate.
